Very friendly and helpful staff, we really enjoyed our camel safari and would stay here again.

Facilities are basic but the staff make up for it in helpfulness and friendliness.A very calm place to go back to.Staff notice your comings and goings -reassuring for lone travellers.Even after we checked out, the manager allowed us to take a room to lie down in when we felt unwell.Camel safaris offered are also excellent.Highly recommended.

Sorted us out a room in sister hotel less than 30secs away for the same price. Helpful and friendly owner and staff. Does a camel safari (but doesn't hard sell it) price seemed reasonable and it was really good!

EXCELLENT ! place to stay very clean and large room and vert central with a good roof garden and food.The manager was so friendly and helpful and gave us a refund when we were to ill to go on a jeep safari which was very kind and honest.No hard sell on any tours,would highly reccommend!

we liked it very much and it had a hot shower! restaurant is also ok and very friendly.

The Renuka is a great place to stay - and the pick up from the bus station is very helpful, as there are dozens of touts waiting for the bus to pull in...
The food on the roof is good too.

Manager Sunil knows his stuff and can organise everything for you (without hassle which is a bonus in Jaisalmer)
