When we arrived at the hotel we were greated with "I have a surprise for you" from the very friendly staff behind the front desk. They'd overbooked & had organized for my girlfriend & I to stay in an apartment right next to Saint Marco's Square. So if you get lucky & get the apartment, it's well worth it, can't speak for the hotel but the staff were excellent on each occasion that we dropped in throughout our stay.

The room was quite tiny, however was clean and good value for the price. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The major attractions were always a short walk away. I would stay here if again.

Wonderful central location and lots o charachter. However, the plumbing was very poor - bathroom flooded. Room need more storage.

This hotel provides different rooms to that described on the website. - MUCH worse they really are awful. when you complain they dont want to know you !

What a nice owner! The breakfast was pretty doll, but the fresh fruit on our second day was really nice.

They over-booked their rooms which left us with an Apartment they offered as an alternative. The location was perfect, although the facility was unclean and the toilet remained plugged for two days and completely unusable before we plunged it ourselves.
