Get what you pay for as far as facilities go.
But in an awesome spot and the front desk people are heaps friendly and will give you directions to anywhere.

the hotel was very dirty! the toilet wasnt even flushed! the room smelt like drains, the floor was dirty and there was a water pipe in our roon that ran water all night! quite awful. good location and tv, thats about it!

The hostel is not in the town centre, obviously. Even though it is easy to reach by taking the subway to the university.

This was a basic hotel, good value as it is close to town (and a laundromat) we didnt stay in the main hotel but one further down the street, it was quiet and it had bbc prime on tv. our room was not serviced whilst we were there, the shower was hand-held, there was only one plug in the whole room. Bordeaux is a great place though.

It was cheap, safe, reasonably comfortable and well located. Towels and sheets are provided. A little on the noisy side. Not the cleanest hostel I've ever stayed in, but I guess the combination of the price and the location made up for it. The staff was very friendly.
