The staff are lovely,I celebrated Loi Krathong with them, and went drinking with them too. It's near a tube station, a nice park, and the world famous red light district Patpong.

hq is probably the nicest hostel i've stayed in. the design is sleek and thoughtful. it definitely felt like a treat to come back to this place each night. overall this place felt like good value, and i would both return and recommend hq to others.

Awesome location and the staff during the day were super friendly and informative. The way the place is set out made it a bit difficult to socialise if you were on your own. Be careful with your packs as the stairs are quite steep.
Would go back again though.

i love this place. not to mention all the fun i had in the neighbourhood, it is just a short stroll away from the earthly sin garden. if you are trying to explore the exotic culture by experiencing the erotic Thai nature. it is the place to be.
ps all drinks in the infamous area are pretty expensive

The location of this place can't be beat. It allows you easy access to bars and nightclubs, as well as the night market on Silom, but also lets you get some sleep. It is very clean and well maintained.

rooms are "cozy" and beds were comfortable. really clean bathrooms and showers, a couple computers with free internet access, and a nice, roomy, bean bag furnished common area gave it a cool, laid back feel. nearly everything went smoothly. the only hiccup i had was that when i checked in, they charged an additional 7% tax that i wasn't included in the hostelworld.com invoice. but still, it was only a small inconvenience and i enjoyed staying at HQ. highly recommended.

nice modern hostel, great location within easy walk to bts station. breakfast included is just corn flakes and teacoffee but it was sufficient for us. we stayed in the private room with ensuite which was nice but very small and a bit overpriced for what it was. it was also on the 5th floor with no lift
