My wife is the Mayor of Richmond Yorkshire and although nobody knew this, we were treated very well and enjoyed our stay very much as it was relaxing. The food in the hotel was excellent.

The desk clerk totally ignored my telling him that I had already paid a deposit. He processed our bill at the full rate and would not consider re-doing it with the deposit included. This was very annoying. We were in a hurry to leave and in the end we just decided to pay what he asked and leave. I know this was only around 10 Euros but I was not impressed with this hotel's service. I will definitely not use your website again if this is the kind of service I can expect.

I had a lovely stay here. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was not ideal if you are planning to sightsee around Girona a lot, however there is a good bus service into town and the distance from the town centre means the hostel is peaceful and relaxing. Excellent service. :)

Too bad that when we had to change our trip in Spain we had to pay to full price (euro 120) for the saturday night compared to the offered price on sunday (which was booked via internet at home, approximately euro 70). I guess when I had booked the saturday night stay also via the internet it would have been less expensive. This is not a good advertisement for your hospitality. Daan Bos
