A very nice hostel, it is more of a hotel rather then a Hostel. Everything is new, it is very clean, it has a unique bar, and it is extremely easy to find and close to Bus and Railway station. Situated on a main street of the Old town.

I will never stay anywhere else when I go to Riga. The staff was awesome, my room was cozy and clean, it was very easy to find, and get to and from the airport. I hope everyone who travels through Riga will stop in and enjoy the warm hospitality of the Ala Hostel.

Great breakfast,24 hour bar,staff were good fun,central location,rooms and showers were a good set up. Beer and food served in downstair bar were really cheap!! All and all would definately stay again!Only problem it lacked a kitchen to cook your own food. Would recommend it to others!
