We were running really late for check-in but called to ask to be accommodated. They did and we really appreciate it!
Three shower rooms and a toilet on the third floor. All nice and clean, soap and shampoo provided.

This was my third J-Hoppers in as many cities and they just gets better and better. Excellent staff and cleanliness, and very very comfortable.

This was a great place. Apart from the fact that there was no lift, it was in a great street with lots of restaurants and close to the station. The staff were helpful and friendly.

Good value and well-run hostel. Plenty of good places to eatdrink in the surrounding area. It was a bit noisy at night - the thin walls mean that you can hear conversation in the next room. I would stay hear again if I was in Osaka.

Overall I was happy with the staff and atmosphere of the hostel. A minor point would be that the rooms need to be more sound proof as noise travels through the sliding doors and down the corridor. I could hear a fellow traveller snoring in the next room and outside along the main road =.=
