Perfect location, safe, clean. But no hot water. Overal highly satisfied.

when I read about the size of the rooms I could not realize how small the actually were untill I see it by myself. it would be good to mention that there is no hot water.

Location is unbeatable IF you want to party or go to a crowded beach. Price is fairly economical. Rooms are small, but its a hostel so get over it already. Cheap food and drink at the bar is a nice touch. Staff was very helpful and friendly. I booked for three nights and stayed only one, the area was too touristy. If you want a cheap (100 pesos) and clean hotel in a quint part of town (Zocalo) and you are travelling with two or more, check out hotel angelica and take the bus to the beach.

I thought that the hostel was in a perfect location and it had a great meeting area that facilitated meeting other travelers. On the other hand, i thought that the rooms were way too squeezy and small. My room was way too cold with the air conditioning. It was like trying to sleep in a little freezer. As a matter of fact, I got sick on my second night because I was way too cold to sleep. The bathrooms need more attention on a regular basis to stay clean.

breakfast is very poor, a lot better in mexico city.

This hostel is not for the claustrophobic! The four-person rooms are like cabins on a ship. Since we came in the off-season, though, the staff let our group of four stay in two separate rooms. They were also very helpful after we were robbed on the beach, with calling the police and everything. If you're looking for a cheap, safe, clean place to stay in Acapulco, this is a good one.

Triny is the best staff in the hostel, she is very happy and kind. Triny es la mejor del staff en el hostel, ella es muy feliz y amable.
