    Something is going wrong regarding the connection between hostelworld and la batise. We made a booking for 7 people over the new year. The hostelworld website said there was plenty of availability. By chance we contacted the hostel directly and they had no record of our booking and were completely full. We had to make new plans 3 days before we were due to fly out. DO NOT BOOK WITH HOSTELWORLD. Book direct with the hostel. Hostelworld has our deposit.. give it back!
