Really lovely guesthouse run by THE MOST HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY owner you will EVER meet! Be warned though: You need a car to get around since you are in the middle of no-where. But you are within an easy drive of two stunning caves, lots of great walks and Carcasonne itself. Our opinion was a day-trip to Carcasonne was enough, because it's borderline tacky, so not staying there was a bonus.
