Most of the staff members were very kind and friendly, but take into account that this is a very big place, and although it is well operated, it suffers from problems such as excessive noise and lack of toilets. Being separated into 3 floors (!) with the elevator broken for years now , makes it hard to interact with other guests.

Did not like this hostel at all. The room only has one key that is supposed to be put behind reception if everyone from the room is out. Sometimes it is not and so rook is openunlocked a lot of the time. Was not able to lock the door at night as other rooms mates were out. No information for activities, buses etc for the guests.

The rooms were good & you got clean linen & a towel which was great. The rooms near the bar area can get noisy but the top floor rooms are fine except the air conditioning can get a bit cold. Staff were good.

the stove didn't work. most of the lockers in the room were broken, as well as the air conditionated (we had to ask for a fan). the water wasn't always hot and and some of the showers were improvised. the breakfast: coffee and bread (no fruits, or cheese, or yogurt). wouldn't recommend.

I loved this hostal, we had a wonderful experience and met loads of new people. The staff are all very friendly and ready to party.

This is one of my favourite hostels in South America... its a lot of fun and the staff organised lots of things for me which was great because i was travelling alone. I met lots of people there too.
