Which staff? It takes hours to find the only person working there just to get to know that you can`t use the internet before 2 pm (checkout time: 10:30h) Electricity doesn`t work like it should, the kitchen is dirty and without essential things like knives, the doors of the showers can`t be opened from inside, ...
Only sleeping under a bridge is worse!
