location,location,location...right on sha lake,100 metres from china bank money exchange,200 metres from rosemarys cafe (western food) only 100 metres from waterfall hotel and 200 metres from sheraton.arrived by bus from hanoi at midnight and a kind lady was waiting on footpath to escort me 20 metres to inn...

The location of this place was good. It was clean and near everything. They helped us get a cheaper ticket for the the Li River cruise. Paid 350Y instead of the 400+ everyone paid.

the staff here are very friendly. on top of that, the service quality is amazingly good. We left some stuff in the hotel and the staff went all the way to the train station to pass it to us. I strongly recommend this inn to Guilian travellers.

A very nice hotel, with excellent englisch speaking and helpfull staff. Except for the rock hard beds a wonderfull place to stay.
