I arrived in Las Fallas and Jose was waiting for me. Had a brillant wellcome. He recomended me superb places to visit and eat out! also gave me a map and loads of good tips. The hose is where the action is, in a superb location really near train station and metro. Very lively area & cool place! I defenetly recommend it! Thanks guys!

i booked two nights via internet, but i had to cancel the second on arrival. i had to pay for both nights with the promise, they would try to fill up the room and then refund my money. i never heard of them again ..... i am too tired to read the full terms of business here, but i am quite shure, that a cancellation a day before shouldn

Great location but over priced for the quality of accommodation. I would expect to stay at a place like this in the far, far east - not Valencia. Don't pack your ego if you intend to stay here.

Obviously just started up- no table or chairs in kitchen'common area',only 1 bathroom for 4 double or triple rooms and the toilet inside which was annoying.But excellent location and nice rooms.Only cleaned once in the 2 days we were there though!After initial 'misunderstanding' conflict about advertised room prices (which he did come around about), the owner,when he was actually there,was quite helpful

Simple but very comfortable & cosy. The owner gave me excellent local tips of the place. Perfect location to walk everywhere. Defenietly to recommend. Thanks Jose!!!
