This is a hotel. It seems like that just wanted to fill their rooms so they listed on here. If your struggling to find a place to stay in Guangzhou then its definately worth a look. Just don't expect anything but an immaculate, boring hotel room.

This is an excellent place if guangzhous east station is a transit stop. 2minutes walk from all transport. Dont stay if you want night life. stay if you want to explore the city by day. a little hard to find, from station it is behind mcdonalds.

the staff didnt trust us=frustrating. the room was amazing for size!definetly a hotel not a hostel. internet costs 10 yuanhour and they were really tight. we booked a taxi with-they gave the driver bad instructions and he got confused-we tried calling the hotel for help and they were relly unhelpful.-gave wrong directions again-even though they originally knew where we were trying to go and kept trying to call us back later. -they also had no idea about what to do in guangzhou

This is a budget hotel - not a hostel. It is well located right next to Guangzhou East train station - easy to get to Hong Kong and also to the metro lines. The rooms are quite small, but clean with good bathroom. Breakfast is fine but not free. One downside is that when we stayed there (in Jan 09) there was some major construction work going on next door, and if you have a room facing it (which we did), it can be very noisy. Otherwise, I would definitely stay here again.

Great location close to the Guangzhou East train station and the subway lines. Staff were very friendly and helpful - one spoke English pretty well. Very good Chinese restaurant on the third(?) floor of the nearby mall. Good value for money - would stay again.

This was a wonderful hotel at a great price. It is within walking distance of the train station as well as a bus that will take you to the airport for only 20 rmb. It was also very clean! I will stay here again during my next trip through Guangzhou.

I got a room with a view on a construction site in the hostel area. The worst thing was they did not stop working at night, so it was extremely noisy.
