the door is hard to open using the given key because the lock is in very old style. I have no choice but to ask the waiter to help me to open it. The waiter is kindness.

I highly recommend this place, Rolando was very nice! The only reason I would not stay here is that there is not a 24 hour reception desk. Very clean, good location.

The staff was welcoming and accomadating, especially Rolando. I had a private sink in my room, and the bathrooms were clean. It was very close to everything, only 10 minutes from the Duomo. A great place!

very nice place to stay, close to train station and walking distance to city centre. very helpful and friendly staff. breakfast is not included and there is no tea or coffee in the kitchen.
