This was a very nice little b&b. The only thing I should mention is that we were charged an extra ?8 per day (?4 each) for breakfast, whereas our friends who paid the same price for their room (but booked directly rather than through hostelworld) didn't have to pay... It may be that the owners are recouping the costs that hostelworld charges them in this way???

Great location right at medieval city center, beautiful old building with lovely patio, peaceful and quiet atmosphere, friendly and laid back staff, great room with nice old furniture, no TV.

The hotel was great! the only comment I have, was the material of the bedsheets was a bit weird, not very comfertable to sleep under. Everthing else was splended

A great hostel that I would recommend to everybody for a short stay in Ghent, with a charming patio and a little stream. Located within a walking distance from the historical centre. The owner is very nice and helpful. This place has a soul!

It's great that you can use the well-equipped facilities and cook your own meals. It must be great in Summer since you can then sit outside in the beautiful garden and have a bbq.

Unique B & B - staff very helpful especialy as we travelled via Eurostar - checked situation for us. Rooms need more storage (wardrobe) and not suitable for elderly people as stairs steep.
