Good hostel, excellent lokation. Security parking near the hostel. Don't agree to room 104: very, VERY COLD, without 1 window. Staff is negligent enough, no towels at once.

Hostel was in a good location, has a small kitchen. Just don't expect friendly customer service!

Although the hostel was in a good location and clean, it certainly wasn't value for money. Many of the inclusions stated when booked were not available due to a shortage. Also found the staff not to be overly friendly or helpful. Often they were flustered due to the back log of people either wanting to check in or out or collect their room key they need to leave behind everytime they go out.

However it was unfortunately rather noisy - and this did not seem to be controlled by the staff when it was late at night.

this hostel was the worst of our whole stay in europe. the worst of it being the staff. they were unfriendly, rude and so unhelpful to the point where we wondered if we had offended them in some way. don't go! hostel was scabby and dirty
