A warm welcome by the host made me feel very confortable right from the start. I appreciated the freshly made breakfast in the morning. I had a very nice weekend break.

our room was the cottage. the bathroom in the cottage was very small. The beds were a little bit unconfortable. not all rooms were cleaned. But the staff was very friendly. Next time we are going to book a B&B in the near of the Old Town (better location, more pups).

The cottage accommodation was lovely, and ideal for me, my partner and my 12year old daughter. My only gripe would be that the hostel world web site implies that breakfast is included in the price for the rooms, Which is why I requested the cottage (so we could make our own). Otherwisw is was great and I would definitely go back there.

This place was really easy to get to downtown from. Taking the bus was super easy and it was only a 20 minute or so walk. Super clean, super friendly staff, all you could ask for! I'd reccomend to anyone!

We really enjoyed staying in this guest house.The rooms were clean and staff very friendly.We would recommend this place to anyone who wishes to have pleasant stay in Edinburgh.
