Apartment - one bedroom with double bed, another bedroom with twin beds, and living room. If you are more then 4, there are two sofas: in living room and in bed room. We were 7, there was linen and towels for all of as. Strange, cups were only three, but it was not a big problem for as. I sleep in the living room, there is a noise from the cars, in bed rooms it was OK. Cold, hot water
