Wonderful stay with all the characteristics to be feeling to stay longer. Florence is amazing.

Clean and comfortable position. Breakfast is not included but with a small extra you can get a nice room breakfast service with a tray directly served on your bed....luxurious!!! I will recommend the place to everybody.

Very nice and traditional place. Ivan is very kind and helpful and every single monument is max 500 metres far from this well positioned guesthouse. Highly recommended!!

If you go in Winter, just make sure you bring enough warm pyjamas!!! There is almost no heating! We had to sleep with our jackets. Awkward comments about environment protection on the walls in the room and bathroom, inviting you not to consum a lot of energy. The room is part of the immense appartment of the landlord, so you have to kepp quiet and you won't meet any other people...

Very quiet, in a pedestrian area of the centre of Florence. Huge room with nice decos. Low price and high quality. I will recommend it to all my friends. Happy new year 2009 !!

We were placed in another accommodation after they ran out of rooms. The other accommodation was nice in the daytime, but at night you could hear every single thing that went on in the whole house. The rooms seemed built for conducting sound right into your bedroom.
