common room is small,central heating didn't work 4 days and the temperature was -2. It was horroble. They didn't lock the door after clean the room. Bathrooms and toilets were very clean.

good facilities felt very safe, and it was nice to get free breakfast! the location would be great if the tube was working but having to take the replacement bus was a bit of a pain at night!!

It wasn\'t so bad experience apart from one thing which is unfortunately very important during the winter season:WARM. The central heating did not work and of course there was no warm water at all. Even that fact I had probably roommate from Greenland because she was sleeping under the opened window. So I would call that hostel ICY HOSTEL and I\'m quite happy that I sayed there only one night otherwise I would be probably frozen. Jindra from the Czech Republic

the hostel was very clean and comfortable. unfortunately wasn't our door locked after cleaning the room. that was not so good. and the location is ok for this price, it is a little bit outside of the city... all in all i csn recommend the hostel! :D

There are few cooking or eating utensils making meal preparation and consumption difficult. Common area very small for number of people using it. Beds very uncomfortable as mattresses need replacing due to wear. Did appreciate the opportunity to have a bath. Staff friendly and helpful.
