This hostel is clean and once inside your small room, things are fine. Just be aware that this place is located in a large building full of scam artists from across the globe. No one here is honest, including the workers at the hostel. You are better off over in Causeway Bay. It's more expensive, but it's totally worth it.

the hostel is clean and the staffs are helpful. the main building may look ugly from outside but inside, all the hostels owns by the owner of new hong kong hostel in the building had all their hostels redo. the price is cheap and the room are comfortable, free internet,tv and free local telephone call. i will be going back again and tell my friends to go there.

After all the hype around hostels in HK this was clean and well maintained, yes it's small but it's the city centre and excellently located for the Metro and cheap ferry connections, loads of shops and cheaper (as far as HK goes) places to eat. Plus the view towards HK central across the bay is fantastic by night.

The staff was super friendly and surprised us by waiting us outside on the street when we arrived around midnight. Felt very safe and welcomed! The room was small (like all rooms in Hong Kong) but clean and well organized. Had a good stay!

IT IS ON A VERY GOOD LOCATION BUT THE ENVIROMENT AND THE PLACE LOOK SCARY AND FEEL UNSECURE IT IS OK FOR ADVENTUROUS PERSON BUT NOT FAMILY STAY.

The building is super sketchy, but as soon as I got inside the hostel I felt safe. It was really clean and the staff was friendly and helpful.
