My husband and I stayed in a very large private room across the street from the main hostel. We walked to the warehouse district during the day and took a cab back in the evenings. The hostel is easily accessible on the St. Charles trolley line. For the price, the hostel definitely met our expectations.

Its well located, and the staff is really helpful. I think it needs some changes in the buildings, but I had a great time time, and its also cheapp!!!

The place wasn't very clean, but I've stayed in Motel 8s that were just as bad or worse. The staff seemed like they were on crack, but nice enough. You had to have a key to get in anywhere there, so I didn't feel unsafe. Fun...you gotta make it fun

Checked in but didn't stay a night at this Hostel. Dirty bathroom and no lockers. I guess not the place for what backpackers are looking for.

This is a no frills hostel...Do not expect a party here..unless you bring your own.Staff here are ultra cool...They get the job done..with minimum of chat.Some of the matresses are the cheap sponge types.Overall its basic & borderline clean.
