The staff is the best and the location is sublime, in the very best center. Rooms are OK but quite noisy, and the cleaning of the common areas (and specially the showers) is very poor. Besides of that, it's excellent. Everything you can expect for in a hostel.

They always forgot to prepare the breakfast, although, it was stated in that the breakfast is included.

good friendly helpful staff .. allowed to use facilities afer checkout this is a great help when travelling the following evening..

OK hostel, not the best, not the worst. Beds comfortable enough but bathrooms really grotty. Helpful and chatty staff.

Not bad hostel for the price, excellent location. Staff were friendly. Beds comfy. Downsides, central heating wasn't on so was cold. Lady working there liked to smoke a lot, so my room smelt of it. Was told i got trad bulgarian breakfast included, tho 1st morning it was just bread, cheese & jam. 2nd morning i got nothing! When i asked bout it she said she'd run out & had to go to shops. I had to leave in 30 mins to get to airport, she just shrugged her shoulders. Wasn't impressed.

I couldn't find the place. No taxi drivers knew where it was. Even at another hostel I drew blank stares

In the best place in Sofia, good breakfast and good staff, near all monuments and discos.
Is hidden near the McDonalds, the door is the one in front of the sex shop :)
