If you like to stay next to a beautiful beach, it's the right place.
On weekends it's really noisy, because of 3 big pubs right under most rooms.
During the week it's not so crowed and quite ok.
To have some days at the beach it's perfect. To Perth City it's about 40 minutes by Bus. to Fremantle it's about 10 minutes by bus. Busstations are right infront of the backpackers.
I would go there again.

the location is good,just opposite indian ocean.but then it is noisy at night,espeacialy the room near to the kitchen,the guys turn on the radio loudly and also the guys chit chat outside the rooms corridor,for family stay i don think it is suitable.buy the staff is very helpful.thank you.from malaysia kuala lumpur tony cheong.

Staff friendly. Excellent location for beach and bus though very expensive area and little to do other than sunbathe. Kitchen left alot to be desired and we even saw cockroaches on our last day. Other travellers are quite inconsiderate leaving the kitchen in a mess and being extremely noisy at night without consideration that people might be sleeping. You\'ll like this place if all you want to do is sunbathe and party but make sure you\'ve got alot of spare cash.

Loved staying at this hostel! Great location right at a beautiful beach and only 15 min. away Perth city centre by train.
Staff at reception was very friendly and helpfull. Made my stay even more pleasent.
The lunchroom next door has good food and really nice staff as well (had a lovely chat with the French girl working there!!).
Keep up the good work guys!! I'll deff. be coming to yours again when I visit Perth in the future.
