this was the best hotel we stayed in vietnam by far!! the staff were execellent and soooo friendly!!! would definately stay here again and again!!

A brilliant hotel, excellent value with nice buffet breakfast so you can eat as much as you like, and we got upgraded for free because our room wasn't ready when we arrived. We booked a tour through the hotel which was great as well. Finally the staff we really helpful and friendly.

One of the best value for money hotels I have stayed in. The staff went out of their way to be friendly and helpful and all the rooms very beautiful, clean and very well equipped.

We arrived and were upgrade at no charge to a nicer room with internet in room. Bed was not the comfiest, was 2 singles pushed together, but the rest of the room was great. The staff were very helpful and booked us tour on motorbike which was great. I would recommend staying here even though a little more expensive than surrounding hotels.

Lovely hotel and nice staff. They did charge for every extra thing though, even when they offered to confirm a flight for us and made a local call, they later charged us. Otherwise very nice.

A really nice, reasonably priced, clean, well staffed hotel to stay in in Hue. Even though our stay was very short (1 night) the staff were very professional and endeavoured to make our stay as good as possible.

The location is great for a short stroll to the Perfume River. Lots of restaurants nearby. Great room. Clean linen. Helpful staffs. We enjoyed our stay there.

Very good hotel which exceeded our expectations. Perhaps the staff were even a little too fussy for our liking but all in all an enjoyable stay.
