Great place for those looking for a quiet and secure place to stay. does not offer the hostel "party" atmosphere, which can be nice when you actually want to get some sleep, and its only a 15 min walk to party central. (located outside the city wall)

Pacheco's Guesthouse was fantastic! Beautiful clean room with balcony and excellent facilities (even included sky tv & internet). Marie & Manuel are lovely and very helpful, it really made a difference to our stay. For some it may seem a bit far from town (approx. 20 min walk) but it has great views & to be honest we much preferred being away from the tourist part. Would HIGHLY recommend :o)

We have been in almost 6 Hostels within our stay in Lisbon and Lagos and this was definitely the nicest. We prolongated twice!

I stayed in a room with 2 of my friends and we had a room and a bathroom to ourselves plus cable tv. The lady also came and picked us up from the bus station which was good! The kitchen was good to cook out own meals and it was quite.
