When I was there, they did this free empanadas night, where we all chipped in, stuffing the empanadas (and eating them of course ;o)), we then gathered all and sang us a few songs... was quite nice!

Very comfortable and clean hostel with really friendly and helpful staff. One problem - there are too few showers, so be prepared to queue!

The staff were so friendly and helpful. They made you feel right at home.
The hostel has good communal areas and good internet access too. It's in a central location and most places of interest are within walking distance.
