Friendly staff, clean rooms and an excellent location in the middle of a thriving bar and restaurant area make this a good place to stay. On the negative side the double beds are small and there is a smell in the rooms caused by lack or air flow - this can be stopped by putting the fan on for a few mins. and opening the door. Overall, it is good value.

its an ok place to sleep! The most important is that it is in very popular part of madrid and the most lively of the whole town. its is the place for locals to go out and party.

The double rooms are claustrofobic: only 2 X 3 metres!!Incredible small, never saw such a small rooms in my whole life,except in prisons!!
The booking fee we paid when making reservation, has not been taken into account when we arrived, so when we arrived,we had to pay all the sum, even we did the prepayment. It is not fair!!!
In the shower, we have found the cockroach !!! Disgusting!!!
I wouldn't reccomend this hostel anybody.

Close to the metro (station: Tribunal) and just a short walk to Gran Via. Communication was a little bit difficult, as the owners don't speak English, which is a common problem in Spain. Room was small, but good enough for one night.

The double bed rooms are very small but if you came in Madrid to visit there shouldn't be any problem. Everything is clean and the location is excellent in an area full of pubs and shops. It's a 20 min walk to the center but the metro is 2 mins away. The owner is very helpful and nice but be aware that she doesn't speak english at all :) Sign language works anytime though :)
