it was very uncomfortable to have only cold water in the sink when it's -7 outdoors and the shower was also not good (too cold or too hot); not so clean; breakfast was poor (bread, jam and butter); although the location was fine, centre was close.

The hostel was very clean and quiet. It could have the potential of scoring higher in character and fun if the beds were filled. On the computer, If your emails were longer than 2 sentences, it would crash. That was annoying.
