Very close to everything, very easy to reach by subway! The rooms are small and not that new but definatly for a good price!

The neighbourhood is very good - not as close to the underground as we expected, but it was ok. The room had a lot of closetspace, but the walls had holes in them and the windows couldn't be completely shut, but it was all in all a pleasant stay:)

Great location, in the middle of everything. Staff are very nice, rooms very clean and you'll definitely get rest if you require it.

Great location and great price for central London. Small, dilapidated room, but very clean and warm. Lots of hot water in old but clean bathroom. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks Patrick.

The staff here are great. And Patrick, the owner, is a real gem. However, the place desperately needs a renovation! My son about refused to stay there because it was so shoddy (the room we stayed in anyway). Overall, it was a very average place to stay. I have stayed in better places in London that were cheaper. If they renovated the place, I would stay here again.

i only went for one night, but the staff were friendly and accommodating and the facilities were easily accessible. fully equipped kitchen, a shower that worked well and had hot water, a common area with a tv, bookshelves of books and a small selection of dvdsvhs. right down the street from british museum :)
