Brand new so that was nice. Walls were paper thin. V. close to town. Sterile and lacking personality. More of a short term holiday appt than a hostel.

This hostel was built as apartments, so each block has a bedroom with ensuite upstairs, two other bedrooms, and a bedroom downstairs. We were sharing a bathroom (which had a bath) with one other room only. iKitchen space was also generous. However no free teacoffee and no laundry facilities. A good base if you want to do the Skellig Michael boat trip or if you are cycling the Ring of Kerry, otherwise location is fairly off the beaten track.
