The Host was very friendly and really takes pride in running the pousada. On xmas day she cooked dinner for all the guests. Delicious breakfast every day. Without a doubt wonderful place to stay.

Great place to stay! More of a B&B than a hostel. The more expensive double rooms come with a kitchenette, living room, tv, bathroom and a place for washing clothes. Ida, the owner, is a fantatic lady who goes out of her way to help you in whatever way possible. Location is also good. One of the best hostels in SA.

we had to move rooms because the hot water was not hot in the end room and the WiFi did not work either. But Ida was very helpful and accomodating

You won't be disapointed if you stay there, you get all apartment, the lady is so nice, she helps you with everything you need.

A nice hostel run by an exremely nice and helpful lady. Good room and very clean. We enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely come back another time. It's not located at the beach, but a nice walk app. 20 min takes you to Barra de Lagoa beach and the busstop is on the corner to go to the other beaches nearby. Supermarkeds and restaurant is also around the corner. Try the massage next with Jose Roberto - it's cheap and relaxing.

A brilliant place to stay. The staff here really make this place! It's a 15 min walk to a really good beach and a 5 min bus ride to town. The supermarket is also very close. The lady there really goes out of her way to help you. The only downside is the showers aren't great.

The owners here really do care, it was a lovely stay and they do everything to help. They had a bbq for te guests, we all made something but as veggies we thought there wouldnt be much but the lady who owns it made sure there was plenty esp for us! lovely people, rooms are mini appartments, couldnt rate high enough!

The owner of the Hostel is excellent, very very friendly, helps with ANY questions or problems. The Hostel is superclean, the rooms fantastic spacious. The supermarkets are 20 m away. Location is good, nice fishervillage and very good beaches by food reachable. Very nice people in the hostel during my stay, had a fantastic BBQ in the hostel! Its not noisy at night, very good.
