Winter and very lonely place. Owner with great English and very friendly. Reality much worse than pictures. Room very run-down but clean and warm. Price not worthy comparing with other places in the city.

I was all alone in the hostel. Booooooring. Not the place to meet people. But if you're looking to have a REAL quiet time, this hostel's for you. Excellent location, though.

Excellent location and friendly staff. This is a homestay guesthouse so none of the facilities of a hostel. The room was big but the shower was weird - there wasn't really one, the shower head just ran onto the floor in the bathroom.Great cafe at the end of the street with cheap good Bulgarian food.

It was a very good hostel in spectacular old city!!! Highly recommended. Great location and very friendly and helpful staff !!!

this was an incredibly welcoming hostel - the owner had been waiting for us a 6am for when we said we'd arrrive. also a nice location in the old town to explore the best parts of plovdiv!
