Riad Soumia is a perfect first stop; a soft landing, an oasis surrounded by the hubbub of the Medina. It's run by a very welcoming and helpful French couple, omnipresent and flexible and willing to recommend ways to get around, places to visit, trustworthy drivers, etc. A valuable resource with all that's proposed in Morocco. Other pluses; it's situated in a calm alley, away from noise and boutiques.

The guy at the hostel was lovely. he only spoke French & arabic but went out of his way to help us. Lovely Riad! Thanks Riad Soumia!
