dorm room booking online doesnt incl heatac. pay Y10 extra a night for that, jst ask on check in.rooms were excellent, LOADS of spacelockersplugs etc.very dark tho. food was excellent-well priced

This hostel lives up to its reputation. The staff are beyond great and it has all of the little things that you want in a hostel. A great home away from home. They staff go out of their way to help you with your plans and answer all of your questions. Sims residents are not average travelers!

We appreciated the excellent service late at night when we were picked up from the airport and given all the information we needed to make an early start the next day

We loved this place! Their barrestaurant was very nice, complete with friendly cats. The garden was also very pretty and had a bunch of rabbits hanging out in it. Our private was indeed cozy and came with a DVD player, which was wonderful since there was a huge free movie selection. Our favorite hostel yet in China. Book it!

Mr. Sim and his wife are great, always helpful, checking if everything is ok and in order. One of the girls in the reception (didn't get the name) is not that nice, and that's why is not excellent in "Staff" section.
The restaurant is very good, the food is delicious and the price is the average.
Nice tours arranged by then, the guide Jun is funny.
Recommend it and will stay there again.
