Breakfast is NOT included if you book through Hostelworld despite it saying it is. Towels were not included and there was not a tv in our room (just two beds and a light), and the hot water ran out pretty quick. Still right next to Pitti Palace and clean and cheap.

The hostel is some distance from the train unfortunately. Congratulate the staff and the cleanliness, but breakfast could be easily improved. Another place here has 20E including pasta and bacon and eggs for breakfast. You have to compete with that a little better!!!
A great place, extremely cheap, I was very happy and safe, and the staff were great.

Very friendly staff, and great location, right in front of the Pitti Palace, just out of the famous Ponte Vecchia. Very nice, and I would definitely go back!

Convenient-located no-frills place. Right across from Palazzo Pitti. I was booked for a large dorm room but was pleasantly surprised with accommodation in a two-room private. Coffee machine, however, didn't work, and there's no internet. Decent for the price.

Our only problem was getting through the second set of doors into this hostel, and then figuring out that it was on the third floor! (There were no signs to tell you that us this, but another hostel resident, on her way out, let us in through the iron door and directed us to the third floor). Its in one of the old old buildings. The ceilings in our (private) room were 15 feet high. Close to a grocery store, the main bridge, and right across from the Pitti Palace.

Cleaned but old room poked away upstairs, hot. Great location opposite Palazzo Pitti. Staff not very helpful. Room good value but breakfast not.
