Would have been very nice if the window could be opened. Not nice air with 4 people and wet towels drying in a small room. No. 1. Hangers in all baths would also be a cheap but very usefull improvement.

Good hostel with friendly and helpful staff just in front of the station Shepherd's Bush (Central Line). Squeaky beds (as usual) and really small toilets. Breakfast was OK.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff, common room is sociable and met lots of other young travellers, sunday nights is awesome live music in the bar and the kitchen makes awesome burgers. reccommed it

Overall a good place, easy to get to places and good atmosphere. Wish the room smelt better. Tim was very helpful though, good man.

Simple but good breakfast, very nice staff.

One bartender was nasty when I asked him which tube station was closest to Russian consulate. He refused to look it up on the computer and told me to just go and use the pay computers and do it myself. Bar was packed, lots going on. Room fine. Toilets way too small. Showers have no temperature control so you either freeze or fry.

The rooms were pretty cramped and got very stuffy at night, and the toilets were few, and messy, but for the price i was happy enough with this hostel

Excellent location literally opposite the tube stop, and so close to the massive new Westfield shopping centre. Was unlucky and had the roof leak on my bed at night, but staff were really helpful and got it sorted

I stayed in a 4-bed room w ensuite and the room was TINY! The beds were comfy though, and the ensuite was handy, though the shower was tiny and having to continuously press the button to get water was annoying. Very convenient, being right across from the tube station and being on the central line.
