Staff were rude and unhelpful.
Facilities were clean.
Location was very good.
Two computers with free internet were very handy!

Spotless clean hostel in in great location in walking distance of major attractions, near metro station. Comfortably heated inside while it was very cold outside (January). Not enough utencils in kitchem.

Close to the Metro stop and reasonably easy to find. Convenient supermarket located nearby. Rooms were spacious and clean but the bathroom sinks were in need of some plumbing! They clogged easily and stank. Lift is available so being on the 2nd or 3rd floor did not matter so much. Helpful staff. Decent kitchen with microwave for quick use.

Overall we had a good stay. Perhaps the kitchen should stay open until later - 10 pm is a bit early. A bigger area for computers would also help. The staff were all great though, helpful and nice.

very noisy in the night and people that stays there are not clean and do not clean what they use for example the toilet and the shower. in the morning the girl she cleans very good but it stays clean for short time. and in the chitchen too.the staff has been nice with us! thanks

There were a bunch of people who were making a huge din thru the night so I didnt get to rest very well.
