Located on a busy pedestrian alley near the main square but our room was quiet. The downstairs courtyard is undergoing some construction right now so it looks a bit messy.

Very centrally located in a fun part of town. Sometimes too fun as people got into arguments in the street outside of our room. The staff was very friendly despite their poor English and breakfast was decent. The room itself was large and the water hot enough for a shower. If you need to get in after 1 am you need to make special arrangements with the guard.

The staff was extremely helpful. We only had two days in Cusco and the staff was incredible in getting us tours to see as much as we could. Go with the ones they offer. The rooms were awesome, clean, nice, and lots of character. More like a hotel.

Excellent location just off the plaza up a small alley that is busling with activity - restaurants, shops, more restaurants! Room was large, very secure with all the bells you have to ring to get through all the doors!! Staff friendly and helpful. Shower takes a while to get the hot water running (I have no complaint there, but maybe that's why people thought there was no hot water).

Very pretty colonial building very close to center square.

Great place to stay, just off the main square in Cusco. Rooms are clean, nice showers and hot water. Staff are helpful, we arrived in early at 5am and our rooms were ready for us which was brilliant after a long bus trip.

Bathroom was dirty, noisy building work from very early in the morning, poor breakfast. Some rooms looked nicer than others. Staff friendly enough but not always there so can be left waiting at the front gate! Better options nearby.
