First when I booked on the website it was stated that the room had ensuite facilities, but actually there only were the shower and the sink and the toilet was in the corridor. I might have no problems with that but I would have liked to know in advance. Then the whole room and the "toilet" was stinking incredibly. The shower had some serious lack of cleanliness. However bed linen and towels were clean, the staff was very nice and helpful and the breakfast was really good.

i phoned them and i mailed to them but nobody answered me at all.
i couldnt cancel my reservation and they charged me.

One week before our stay the staff informed us that they reserved our room in another hotel because of a water pipeline problem. It was not really a problem but we can not mark this hotel.
