Nice enough place, but the staff were very pushy from the beginning about booking a tour with them. Would have been nice if we could have had some space to thinkunpack our bags before being bombarded with travel deals. Apart from that, nice rooms but don't stay on the bottom floor if you can help it- it's very noisy!

Hotel location is very good; walking distance from major attractions. Room was clean and well equipped. In addition employees are wonderful , we loved the fact that the major tourist attractions and many different types of excellent restaurants were available to us within a block or two of the hotel.

The facilities were good and the rooms very comfortable. satff were extremly friendly and helpful. Breakfast was for free and very good... Will certainly stay at the hotel again when in Hanoi.

Great location, handy for everything in Hanoi as so close to Hoan Kiem Lake. Lovely room, very comfortable bed. Helpful and friendly staff. Pretty good choice at breakfast. Hotel has a nice intimate feel up to date and quality decor and for Hanoi thought the value was pretty good. High recommend for Sunrise Hotel Hanoi.

The room was fine, clean and nice. The best thing by far was the really helpful staff!

We are a couple from Japan. We stayed here for a couple of days and felt very happy. The hotel was in the centrel with many restaurant and shops nearby. Just took us 3 minues to Hoan Kiem Lake- local people said there is the best place in Hanoi. Room was nice and enough everything. Breakfast was also great! High recommend Sunrise Hotel.

arrived 11pm, no room for us, taken to another hotel called blue paradise 2, had to walk up 5 flights very steep stairs, room was clean, breakfast was good. But DON'T BOOK TOURS ETC FROM HOTELS! Got totally ripped off on train to Sapa, flights and tour of Halong Bay. paid almost 50% more than other people. Were promised a room for a morning before the tour but they were all asleep in the foyer and hotel was full, had to shower in their personal bathroom after waiting for 1hr for them to get up

Did stay at Sunrise Hotel for nights after moving to Sapa. The hotel in general was very good and we felt very happy to enjoy the time here. Location, room, breakfast and services were perfect. Staff were much more expectation... High recommend!
