We are vary dissatified that you transfer the room we booked to others. We had state that the arrival time is 22:00.

Even the wifi didn't work at all as well as the tv, we must say it was a very good accomodation, very spacious and very well situated in the middle of the city. The staff was very good too. I highly reccomend it!

we stay in the top floor , its fantastic.
we have our own kitchen and shower.
its really clean and staff is nice. wonderful experience to stay.

There was no front desk; we talked to a guy on the phone and he told us the code for the safe in front of the door that our keys were in.. The hostel was clean and had a tv and a kitchenette. Pragmatic but absolutely no customer service. No wireless internet either.

outside 2gradius, very cold and the staff no conect to the heating, the beds very bad, no blanquets in the bed,very dirty, and no recommend this pension, we can`t to sleep in all the night. very very poor

There is no reception, but you just need to call the owner when you arrive in order to collect the keys and everthing work fine. Just a bit complicate to arrange further meetings with the owner, but location, cleanliness, and fornitures are great! Definitelly money well spent.
