The bedrooms were very cold and some of the duvet were really dirty.

As seniors from Australia on our very first trip abroad, we were quite apprehensive about staying in Hostels, but decided to give Norther Ireland Hostels a try, and Bridges was our very first experience. What a GREAT experience. Having been away from home for 8 weeks now, and having experienced lots of B&Bs, Pubs and Hotels during that time we rate our stays in Northern Ireland Hostels as the VERY BEST. Thank you for making our stay in Enniskillen so very, very special.

We are seniors on our very first trip abroad from Australia. This was our first time in a Hostel and we were very impressed. Thank you for the welcome feeling and we have aready been recommending this hostel to family and friends as well as other travellers along the way. It was certainly more than we had hoped for. Many many thanks for a wonderful experience.

Everyone that worked there was very friendly except the lady on the last day, who refused to phone a taxi for us, saying it wasn't her responsibility...I thought this really let the hostel down as previously we had thought the staff were excellent. I don't think phoning a taxi is asking too much, and she wasn't particularly busy at the time, just quite rude. Other than that, the hostel is great and in a perfect location.

Car parking is abismal. There is an unused car park during the week which belongs to the Convent we wonder why the YHA does not come to some arrangement with them, you could have a security access by way of a key fob as you have to get into the hostel. Customers are obliged to park elsewhere in an insecure area and unloading and unloading is extremely difficult due to the double yellow lines. We also thought the cost per double room very high, the YHA is a registered charity.
