The owner Mr. Yoo he is very nice and he was provided discount voluntarily. The hostel is beautiful and clean. Our room is ondol (Korean style), we slept on the floor it was very warm and comfortable. It was great place to stay in Sokcho, We would definitely be back if we go to Sokcho again.

this is by far the best hostel i have ever stayed in Korea. Normally i won't give 100 marks for hostel rating, but this hostel is really excellent and warm. here i'd also praise the hostel manager for his kind help!!

House is very near the inter city bus terminal (~5min walk). Great for those who are coming in or out through the terminal. The interior design of the hostel is fascinating. You can see precious memorabilia around the establishment and replicas of Van Gogh's art pieces. The outside pouch is great for chilling out. Bathroom includes a bath tub with reliable hot water option. The manager is friendly and helpful in providing directions and recommending good dinning places.

We enjoyed our stay. Its conveniently located at Sokcho, the city u must pass by on the way to Seorak. The staff is helpful and friendly and the hostel is cozy. I esp like that we can DIY our breakfast at the kitchen. The rooms can be cleaner but we are already happy with this level of price. Tip: DONT take the so-called express bus from Seoul (by Dongbu express). Take the long haul bus instead. The express took us much longer to get there and dropped us off at another bus stop.
