everything was really Good, loved the room and the kitchen, good breakfast, nice and warm, really cool staff. i would highly recomend it. (free private car park!!!)

Firstly we got the wrong

Firstly we got the wrong key and entered somebody else's room. Room was cold and heating works only during the day. The receptionist didn't know almost anything. Wireless internet works in the first floor only. No hot water in the upper floors.

Very clean, excellent staff, it is a little bit outside of the city center, but when I will be in Liverpool, I will take this hostel again. The bus to the airport is just outside !!

The shower on our floor was broken, as well as the one on the floor below us. There is not really anything to do there or nearby. You have to pay for the internet.

The staff was nice and friendly, but it is not worth the walk. WIFI would be a great improvement and so would a longer breakfast.

The hostel is very good, but the internet is not free and is expensive! But the rooms are clear and confortable, the bathroom is clear too and the breakfast is very good!
