Just wanted to say how friendly and helpful all the staff were in reception and in the bar they made the stay even better, just could have done with another cup in the apartment:)

Great location,noisey even on top floor apts.Great food in o'shea's just next door, very cheap but exellent.

Apartment was a good size and the location was brilliant but a few things weren't working properly (bathroom heater and apartment door). Most staff were extremely helpful but the security guard on the pub attached, when we were looking for the reception was damn rude!!!

Apartments were lovely. clean and spacious although would siuggest heating them a little before arrival - they were freezing!!

Rooftop Penthouse Apartments are WELL worth the extra money. The views are amazing and the space is excellent.

Good central location. Nice rooms but beds uncomfortable, Well heated. the floors were not clean but otherwise cleaning was adequate. Security alarms and fire alarms both not functioning. Front door very difficult to open. Suspicious visitor came to the door looking for paracetamol but there was always open access to anyone to come to the door either from the hostel or over the wall from the car park. There was a theft from one of the hostel rooms.

i have stayed here around 20 times in the last 7 years. i have never stayed in any other hotel, only here. as its the best. i look forward to many more years of staying here. if there is ever any great deals, could you let me know, as i would love to stay longer(maybe 5 days) but it would work out a bit expensive. so if there are any offers on, do let me know. thank you marina mc intyre
