Breakfast is great, though having semi-skimmedskimmed milk available would be icing on cake.
Maybe if people are checking in late, to tell them that they should be quiet when going into their rooms (if not done so anyway).
Great place. Great price. Great service: very polite and straightforward.

overall it was good if you do not care about the staff's attitude... the room is kind of small for a 4 bed-rooms... hardly any space to walk around... the pillows are like FLAT SCREEN... need to fold to be able to sleep on it...

It was very cheap and excelent location, but very poor at sleeping well. Noisy and cold.

The location was phenominal! The staff was very friendly and helpful and the actual facilities were clean and well maintained. I was able to enjoy some of the best places in london because of the amazinly central location.
