In the begining the atention was really good, but after the New Year's party, when most of the guests had left, the rest of us was kind of neglected; they never cleanded our room, the kitchen was always closed and sometimes there was no one to open it... besides that, it's a nice place to stay, it's got lovely installations.

No sockets in our room? We were never informed about this when booking our accommodation. Also the locking system on the doors was damaged; obviously with a while, and the staff seemed to have had a problem when we woke them up late at night. This was not our problem!

Should have 24 hours reception.
Breakfast should be served earlier too as most people will have to give it a miss if they are to join the day tours to highlands.

Great stuff, friendly and helpful staff. Residents bar, Freeview TV in the room which was spotless. Our room was on the 2nd floor and the stairs are quite steep, that would be the only downside :)

It was very clean,quite,safe, nice, warm, and it has friendly staff..
I really had warm homely feeling. I am soo happy the fact that I chose WEST END HOTEL to stay, till finding a permanent place to live.
